Store Policies:
During Checkout, you will be given
a number of Shipping options regarding carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.)
Upon election of one of these carriers, a Shipping total will be given.
Please be aware that some carriers have limitations on where they can
deliver to. For instance, UPS cannot deliver to a Post Office Box (P.O.
Box). In other words, if you choose UPS and use a P.O. Box as your
primary address. Gorilla Sports Nutrition Products, will, instead,
select a secondary carrier, which may result in an additional cost. In
most instances, however, your chosen carrier will be used.
Packages left at your address by
the carrier are not the responsibility of Gorilla Sports Nutrition
Products. What that means is that if the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.)
leaves your package on your doorstep at 10am and you don't get home
until 6pm, it's not Gorilla Sports Nutrition's fault if someone walks
off with it. This is very simple, Gorilla will hand off your package or
packages, with the address that you provide, to the carrier, we're both
provided with a Tracking Number, and the rest is up to the carrier, and
thus, no longer the responsibility of Gorilla Sports Nutrition. It is
highly recommended that you provide an address where someone can receive
the package in your absence directly from the carrier. Once a package
has been deemed "delivered" by the carrier, it is your responsibility.
If you live in an area where there are a lot of people coming and going,
like an apartment building, you may want to consider using a work
address so you can receive the package yourself or a relatives address
so that your mother, or whomever, can sign for the package. Also, in
instances where the package is signed for by someone other than
yourself, it is not Gorilla Sports Nutrition's responsibility that you
receive that package from the person who signed for it. This is a common
problem with neighbors, roommates, and sometimes, even spouses and
parents.
Gorilla Sports Nutrition will ship
most items within hours of receipt of payment, In the rare occurrence
that there will be a delay in shipping your item or item's, you will
receive an email or a telephone call, or a fax from Gorilla Sports
Nutrition as soon as possible so that other options may be discussed or
arranged. It is always Gorilla Sports Nutrition's goal is to make you,
and keep you, 100% satisfied whether your item are $15 or $1000.
Holidays and weekends will delay shipping only until carrier service is
resumed. Please understand that we at Gorilla are not delivering your
package ourselves but rather letting the carriers do what they do best.
You must be aware that some parts of our great country are easier to get
to than others. You'll get your item or item's much quicker if you
reside in a highly populated area than if you live in a small town of
only 1,000 people.
Gorilla Sports Nutrition
Product's, will ship internationally to some countries. Please check
with us before making a purchase to see if we currently ship to your
country, and contact us for an exact rate for shipping to your country
before a purchase. It is the responsibility of you, the buyer, to
determine whether an item is allowed into your country by your Customs
Department. Gorilla Sports Nutrition will not be held responsible for
any delays or seizure of your shipment by your country's Customs
Department. In other words, if you order an item from Gorilla and that
item is seized by your country's Customs Department, no Refund will be
issued to you, from us, unless, or until, said item or items has been
returned to Gorilla in its original condition. If your country's Customs
Department doesn't return the item or item's to Gorilla, you will not
receive a Refund whatsoever. If the item or item's are returned to
Gorilla, in its original condition, by the Customs Department you will
be issued a Refund of the Purchase Price of your item only. No Refund
will be issued on any shipping charges whatsoever, whether those charges
are from us to you or from your country's Custom Department to us. All
shipping charges will be deducted from your Refund. We cannot make this
any clearer. Do not order a product from us that may be seized or
refused by your country's Customs Department, If you do, you do so at
your own risk, and will not be issued a Refund on the purchase price
unless item makes its way back to us here at Gorilla in its original
condition. Also, international shipments take a greater time for
delivery than continental shipments. items shipped, even within North
America (I'm taking to you, my Canadian Bud's) will take a longer time
to receive than items shipped within our own country. Keep in mind
please. Gorilla's goal is to get your items to you as quickly as
possible no matter where you live. Another thing about international
orders, please do not ask Gorilla to alter any Custom's Documents
regarding contents, value, or to mark any item as a "Gift". We
understand that you're trying to save some money when your doing this
but we cannot be a part of it. Sorry.
Some international orders may be
subject to Duties, Customs, and/or Taxes by your country's government.
Understand that these fee's are not determined, caused by, or paid by
Gorilla, but rather, to your country's Tax & Revenue Service. If your
order is subject to these fee's, the carrier will collect these fee's on
behalf of your country's Tax & Revenue Service.
Regarding shipping to APO and FPO
addresses, Gorilla Sports Nutrition is honored to assist those serving
our country and, and most times, do not charge extra Shipping to those
locations. It is important to understand, however, that once we forward
your package to a carrier service, it's the carriers responsibility to
forward your items to Military Mail (in many cases, this is located in
NY). Once Military Mail has your package, you must understand that
unforeseen events may delay the arrival of your package. These delays
could take weeks, and in some rare cases, even months. Again it is not
Gorilla's fault if, and when , these delays occur. Under no
circumstances will Gorilla refund any payments for items shipped to an
APO or FPO address's once we have handed the package off to the carrier
service. This includes not only in the event of a delay of shipment, but
also in the event that the shipment has been lost or destroyed. Gorilla
will only refund payments based on the criteria listed below in our
Returns Section. I other words, no Refunds will be given unless, and
until, all product has been returned back to Gorilla in it's original
condition. We cannot be any more clear about this. We appreciate what
our Armed Forces do for us, but we cannot be held responsible for lost,
or delayed mail, once it has been given to Military Mail, Please don't
ask for exceptions because we hate to say no to our Military Folks.
Payments:
Gorilla Sports Nutrition accepts
all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, & Discover) at time of
Checkout. We also offer the convenience of Paypal and their many
options. Occasionally, there may be an issue with the credit card
processing or with Paypal when you attempt to checkout. During these
times, you may either wait awhile until the issue has been resolved or
you may phone us toll free at 1-800-852-0425, 24/7 Eastern Standard
Time, so that we may process your order over the telephone. Please be
aware that sometimes we may be swamped on our end and that you may have
to leave a message for our Customer Service Department, we at Gorilla
always strive to process orders in a timely fashion.
You may also pay with a United
States Money Order, all Money Orders most be drawn from U.S. Bank's
only. Money Orders drawn from banks located outside of the United States
will not be accepted. Our mailing address is Gorilla Sports Nutrition

held until the Money Order has been received by us. Gorilla Sports
Nutrition does not accept Personal Checks at all (other than those
processed through Paypal). We strongly encourage you to call us and use
the credit card processing, or Paypal, as a method of payment to
expedite your order.
If you live in a country other
then the United States or Canada, Gorilla will accept Paypal (or Bank
Wire Transfers) as a method of payment. Please check with us prior to
ordering to ensure that we ship to your country. We apologize for the
inconvenience if you don't have Paypal but we strongly urge you to use
their services.
Returns
Gorilla Sports Nutrition always
encourages you to contact us prior to the sale to make sure that the
item you're purchasing is right for you. This is your option and it will
only help you to be more successful in attaining your bodybuilding
goals. If, by some chance, you purchase an item that you've decided
isn't for you, you may return it (at your expense), prior to opening it,
for a Store Credit Only, Within fourteen (14) days, contact us and
request a Return P.O. Number. Once this number is received by you, you
may return item, unopened and in its original condition, to Gorilla,
along with your original invoice. No Refunds will be given for any
reason, only, Store Credit. Failure to request a Return P.O. Number, pay
your own shipping charges for the Return, or returning an item in an
unsealed, damaged, broken, or open condition will void any Return and be
aware that all Returns are subject to a 25% Re-stocking Fee.
Gorilla Sports Nutrition cannot
accept Any Return or issue any Store Credit because customer does not
like taste of item or effects of them. It is customer's responsibility
to make sure that they know what they are buying. For example, if you
don't like Chocolate, don't buy something Chocolate flavored. If you are
sensitive to stimulants, it's recommended that you don't purchase any
product that may be stimulant-based. If a product has been opened,
unsealed, or tampered with, it's yours. Gorilla has the right to refuse
any Return if it appears that item is not in its original condition.
Despite the careful packaging done
by those working in our Shipping Department, occasionally, an item will
be damaged during transit. If your item is damaged, do not alter its
condition. Rather, contact us immediately so that we may initiate a
Return for you. If a container is dented a small amount but its contents
are in-tact, we suggest that you man or women-up and use it. Returns
should be only for unusable, damaged/broken items. Be aware that
sometimes an inner seal on a product may be loose or may appear to not
be in-tact whatsoever, In those situations, you may find the inner seal
stuck up inside of the lid of the container, and is usually caused
because there wasn't enough glue present on the inner seal when it was
on the assembly line. This is the exact reason that we at Gorilla use
both the inner seal and the outer seal around the lid itself. If one of
these seals is present, you should feel comfortable with using the
product. If both seals are damaged, the item should be returned. If an
item is returned due to Quality Control issues, you will be sent a like
product only. Gorilla has seen all of the tricks attempted by people who
try a product, don't like it, and then claim that it is damaged, and
want a new flavor, it's not gonna happen, so don't bother wasting either
of our time.
A special note about Nutrition
Bars, It is highly recommended that bars not be ordered during warm
weather months, or shipped to, warm weather locations. Even though the
bars are in temperature-controlled conditions while in our possession,
once the bars are shipped, they may be exposed to warm or humid
elements, which may cause melting. Therefore, Gorilla will NOT accept
any Returns on any bars due to their condition or texture.
Liabilities:
One of the best aspects of Gorilla
Sports Nutrition is the interaction between its founder and CEO Charles
(Chuck) Desjardins, and you, the buyer. Chuck brings a wealth of
knowledge, not only about supplements, but also about training and
nutrition, he is a long time slave to the iron, he has been in the
business for longer than many of you have been alive and he knows his
stuff. However, and this is a big however, Chuck, nor anyone else at
Gorilla Sports Nutrition, is a physician, a PhD, or medical doctor of
any kind. Gorilla Sports Nutrition highly recommends that you seek the
advice of a doctor before beginning any exercise program or diet. The
advice dispersed by Chuck, or anyone associated with Gorilla, does not,
and should not, replace the advice provided by a licensed medical
professional. Think of it this way, many of you may read fitness
magazines on a regular basis, which provide you with a particular
routine or diet. Just because you read about a plan in a magazine
doesn't mean that it is an acceptable plan for you. Chuck may offer you
advice that while being more specific than a magazine article, is still
solely advice from a person with a large degree of knowledge in the
fitness field. This is not to suggest that any advice provided by Chuck
should be followed without consulting with your personal physician. Any

traditional correspondence shall be used or implemented by you at your
